Ordering flowers and delivery - info

Ordering flowers at is easy. Just follow these 7 simple steps:
- Select the country where your flowers are to be delivered.
- Choose your flower gift from the selection of bouquets and arrangements.
- Choose if you would like to add a telegram or a card.
- Enter your personal information.
- Enter the address of the order recipient and choose the delivery date.
- Agree with our Terms and Conditions
- Pay for the order

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your flower order. We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist. We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might have concerning your flowers order or any other information you require. No orders can be accepted/processed via telephone.

Important Information:

To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:
- For bouquet deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible. The delivery is only guaranteed  to the reception desk of the hospital.
- For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).The delivery is only guaranteed to the reception desk of the hotel.


As one might expect, flower prices naturally fluctuate according to season. The prices of bouquets are therefore based on the day’s price of the florist shop arranging the delivery.

The flower prices given include delivery charge and local VAT or sales tax, when appicable. The prices mentioned on the website are incl. delivery, taxes, service charge etc. So there are no hidden costs coming to you during the order process. Your can choose to order a telegram or a card with your flowers. A telegram costs € 9,95 extra and a card € 1,95.

If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers without any reason, the full charges are due.

Payment: currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Ebanking iDeal and Paypal. All transactions will be handled by our paymentprovider, docdata.


We do not have a delivery time guarantee. Our fullfilling florist will deliver during his regular business hours. The opening hours of the florist may vary slightly from shop to shop. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please send us an email. The delivery time request morning/afternoon is not guaranteed, but our florists will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request. Same day delivery on the date of your order can only be guaranteed under the following conditions:
- Please check “Dates on which we cannot deliver to” for Holidays and dates on which cannot be delivered in the country of you choice. If you choose a date in the “cannot deliver list” your order will be delivered on the next available day.
- We cannot guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons or on Sundays and public holidays. Hotels, restaurants, campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports are not guaranteed delivery addresses. For special orders or inquiries please contact us.

Correctness of the delivery address:

Please check carefully that the delivery address, including local telephone number, is complete and correct. We cannot accept any liability for late or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. To ensure that the florist is able to deliver on time, the following additional information, if available, is, moreover, very helpful:
- For hospital deliveries, the ward, room number or maiden name if recipient gave birth to a baby. The delivery is only guaranteed to the reception desk of the hospital.
- For hotel /restaurant deliveries, the room number and the name under which the addressee is registered (e.g. group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The delivery is only guaranteed to the reception desk of the hotel.

Order Confirmation:

For every flower order placed, you will receive by email an order confirmation within a few minutes including your order number and detailed information of the purchased product. If you have mentioned your correct email address on the order form, item selected, purchase price, delivery date and the addresses of the sender and recipient will be part of our confirmation.

Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you did not receive an order confirmation.




Customer satisfaction is very important for us. The guarantee assures you that all orders are handled by experts and are of first-class quality. All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered personally.

We guarantee the conscientious fulfillment of every order. Our guarantee comprises:
- delivery of the ordered flower product by the florist
- that your bouquet is in fresh and perfect condition
- will be delivered on the requested date
- at the price offered by

Nevertheless, should there be any complaint, the addressee can of course contact the delivering florist. The latter guarantees the delivered product for at least three days - 72 hours after delivery - with respect to quality, and will replace the product with another one if the flowers or plants that are the subject of any claim are returned to the shop within this period.

This guarantee is your assurance that your order will be executed with love and care, and that only the highest quality products will be used. However, should you not be satisfied with the delivery or quality, please let us know within 5 days latest from the date of delivery.

All flower orders are handled and processed exclusively by selected florists.

Needless to say, all information required to process your order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. It is not used to send out separate mailings or information about our company.

We do not store your credit card numbers or other payment details on our servers. Credit cards are billed immediately at the end of an order process.  Through an encrypted on-line connection with the credit card company the payment will be processed.  (docdata).

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers at every florist , especially if orders are received at short notice.

A bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.


Terms of delivery


We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist. Nevertheless, our customer service department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with information concerning your order. Delivery of your flower order can only take place during the regular business hours.

Delivery Date

As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date.

•  14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, flower delivery, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered early or after Valentine's Day, subject to fresh flower availability.
•  Orders for Mother's Day flower delivery are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
•  Christmas and New Year bouquet orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date.

Also check “ Dates on which we cannot deliver to” to check if the date you want your flowers to be delivered is not a Holiday in the specific country.


Guarantee time for orders / flowers

Guarantee time for flower orders within hours.

We can deliver to the addressee within hours. Please take into account time zone differences and that:
- We do not have any delivery time guarantee.
- The latest acceptance time of your order can be seen individually for each country of flower delivery.
- We are unable to guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or public holidays.
- Hotels, restaurants, camping grounds, military bases, ships, harbours and airports are not guaranteed bouquet delivery addresses.


Delivery of your floral greeting


In the absence of the addressee, our florist shop member will attempt delivery of your flowr bouquet order and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the florist is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, the florist will inform us of the non-delivery and you’ll be informed either via phone or Email that no delivery could be made. The florist making the delivery is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbour, receptionist, porter, funeral parlour, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee. The same applies to additional items (accompanying card, telegram, gift article, etc.) for which transmission has been agreed to in individual cases.


Flower deliveries guaranteed for a fixed time can only be executed with the prior agreement of our customer service department.




Flower orders can be cancelled up to two working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number. Cancellation after this time can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations should be announced by e-mail or by phone to +31-599 330 920 (customer service department) during normal working hours.

Costs will be charged to your account, the height of which depends on the amount of work we need to do to cancel your order.
